is a national charity passionate about creating a brighter future for all young people. We believe that every child has a right to be physically active through quality PE and school sport.

organises free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.
develops grass roots athletics in England, supporting affiliated clubs to prosper, developing more and better coaches, recruiting and supporting volunteers and officials. England Athletics provides and supports competition opportunities at an international (England representative), national, area and county level.
The Amateur Swimming Association (ASA):
is the first governing body of swimming to be established in the world and today remains the English national governing body for swimming, diving, water polo, open water and synchronised swimming.
