Learning is a crucial part the Get Out Get Active (GOGA) programme. It enables us to evaluate our work and share our learning in engaging the least active disabled and non-disabled in activity together.
Initially funded by Spirit of 2012 and later receiving additional funding from the London Marathon Charitable Trust and Sport England, GOGA continues to support healthier, happier and more connected communities.
This series of learning outputs share the What? How? Who? And What next of GOGA? from our learning to date. They aim to help others to be genuinely inclusive and reach those that would benefit most from being more active.
In these resources you will find evidence-based approaches to engaging inactive people successfully.
These resources will support you to confidently bring disabled and non-disabled people to be active together. It will help you bring about positive change and better support people on their active journey.
